This system captures id sized photo images from staff/students or visitors and saves the information into a database. These photos can be attached to information already saved in a database, or a new database could be started from scratch.
Barcode display and magnetic encoding is achieved by inserting a standard sized plastic card into a Datacard printer. The printer will print out personal information like the surname and name of the card holder with an id sized image next to the details. Specific information could also be encoded on the magnetic strip on the back of the card, should it be required from access control or for verification on other 3rd party systems.
