This system was develop to keep track of all calls logged for an Information Technology Department. Call centre staff captures calls which is automatically dispatched to the relevant department for attention.
Each technician has a monitoring module installed on the taskbar from where they can update or close calls logged by the call centre staff. Calls can be diarised or forwarded to another department for further attention.
Confirmation emails are also sent to the user once the call is logged and when the call is resolved....and many other features..
